After you’ve read the rules and regulations below, you must fill this form out with the needed information.
Putting pets up for adoption process
Once you’ve sent the form and we’ve put your pet up for adoption, the adoptive applicants will be filling out another form, that has all the information you’ll need to choose the suitable applicant for the pet, it will be sent to you via email so you can continue contacting them privately. To make the application process easier, we also sort the applicants into many different categories to fit the pets personality. We hope you’ll read the different categories and explanations for them -attached to this letter- to help you choose the right applicant for your pets personality.
Conditions for applying to put pets up for adoption

If you are putting more than one animal up for adoption you must fill the form out for each animal.

Know the difference between adopting and selling animals

Selling or buying from animal stores condones their behavior, and will only make them go on with their inhumane actions towards animals.

Animal stores might do some of the following:

Breed animals for profit.

Feed animals the worst and cheapest type of food there is as a means to save money.

Throw animals away when they get sick.

Adoptions main goal is to create the ideal environment for the animal, and putting them up for adoption should not happen unless necessary, or if you cannot provide the right environment for them anymore.

Adoption is nonprofit.

Some animal welfare organizations/enterprises ask for a certain amount of money in order to adopt a pet to cover the following costs that the members of the organization/enterprise have paid for:

Medical examinations

Vaccines

Spaying / neutering

Rescue / foster costs

You can contact us for any inquiries in case the reason why you are putting your pet up for adoption is because you are having any problems or concerns with it, and we will try our best to provide you with solutions to help you keep your pet.

Should the reason why you’re putting your pet up for adoption be an allergy you must provide proof first.

In the pet personality section of the form, you must describe your pet in detail with their background story (if applicable) as much as possible. Not writing in this section properly will disqualify you from putting your pet up for adoption. Here are some points that might help you fill out this section better:

Explaining the pets personality, daily routine, and what it usually does around the house.

How did you find it?: did you Adopt it? Buy it? Or rescue it?

Explain what the animal likes to do on a daily basis.

It’s favorite toys

Does it like/hate kids?

Extroverted/Introverted?

Does it quickly or slowly adapt to new environments?

Does it enjoy or hate being petted?

How long has it been with you?

Favorite snack/food.

Make sure the pet and the applicants personalities suit each other, as well as the other members living in the applicants house (if applicable).

confirm that the applicant does not have any allergies by asking them to visit a doctor, or by playing with pets to check, or even by visiting pet cafés.

Agreeing to Karbasha’s terms of use and privacy policy.

Karbasha is not responsible for any of the adoptive applicants / nominees behavior. Karbasha is merely a connection for those who are putting pets for adoption and for those who are looking to adopt.

It is preferable to have your pet spayed / neutered before putting it up for adoption to avoid it catching any illnesses, and to keep it away from getting taken advantage of financially by breeding.

Karbasha is not responsible if the new adoptive applicant decides to give the pet back to its previous owner; the arrangement only has to do with those two. In the event that the new adoptive applicant decides to leave or throw away the pet, you must contact and report it to us.

If the reasoning behind leaving your pet proves to be untrue or rigged, Karbasha might put you on a blacklist to prevent you from putting your pet up for adoption in any other organization/shelter.
What happens after I fill out the form?

Check your email for any updates from Karbasha, as we will contact and notify you with the applicants’ information.

Once you’ve successfully gotten the pet adopted (either through us or anybody else) you must inform us so we can change the pets case from “up for adoption” to “adopted” in our personal database. Our volunteers work very hard to process your orders, so it is important for you to kindly cooperate and inform us when the pet has been adopted or when there is no need for us to put it up for adoption anymore.
